HDH serves as the first-line, outpatient, and emergency care facility for 60,000 residents of northern Sonoma County, California. As a nonprofit, district hospital, HDH’s sole mission is delivering the best medical and surgical services possible to its patients.
Our work began with branding, including a public image survey for the hospital. With this information we designed a comprehensive marketing plan. We developed a brand look and feel and designed all new collateral and business materials and a website in accordance with this image. We started a senior live well program, image management program for physicians group, print advertising and direct mail campaigns for HDH centers of excellence, digital public relations program, community connect program, and an e-mail communications program.
